PPAP-16 revolutionizes flame retardancy in polymeric materials by harnessing the power of piperazine pyrophosphate. This intumescent flame retardant is specifically designed for use in PP, PE, TPE, and reinforced PP systems. When treated with PPAP-16, these materials exhibit exceptional fire resistance, achieving UL 94-V0 (1.5mm) or UL 94-5VA (2.0mm) ratings. Additionally, PPAP-16 passes demanding tests like the 70℃*168 hours immersion test (UL746C) and GWIT 750℃ and GWFI 960℃ glow wire test, guaranteeing reliable fire protection across various applications.

PPAP-16 goes above and beyond in terms of precipitation resistance. Its formulation is designed to minimize the risk of precipitation or separation of the flame retardant agent, ensuring consistent and reliable performance throughout the lifespan of the treated materials. This resistance to precipitation further enhances the longevity and effectiveness of the flame retardant properties.
