I. Product Introduction

MC-45 is made from high-quality MCA flame retardant, combined with advanced additives and a special low-temperature dispersion technology to activate and coat the flame retardant, resulting in better compatibility and dispersibility. With the same flame retardant effect, the addition level of the flame retardant can be significantly reduced, and the physical properties of the resin are better preserved.

III. Product Features

· Low addition level – Only 4–5% addition required in unreinforced PA6/66 to achieve UL-94 V-0 rating.

· Excellent flame retardancy – Non-flaming dripping, does not ignite cotton wool.

· High temperature resistance – No yellowing even under high heat.

· Stable color matching – Allows brighter and more consistent colors.

· Improved compatibility & dispersibility – Thanks to special low-temperature coating technology.

· Better preservation of resin properties – Reduced filler content keeps mechanical properties of the polymer.

IV. Application

· Primary substrates: Unreinforced PA6 and PA66.

· Addition levels: 4.0% for PA6, 5.0% for PA66.

· Flame retardancy rating: UL-94 V-0 at 1.6 mm thickness.

· Performance: Non-flaming dripping, does not ignite cotton wool.

· Processing benefits: Low loading, preserves mechanical properties; heat stable (no yellowing); stable color matching, bright colors.

· Typical end uses: Connectors, coil bobbins, switches, relays, and other electrical/electronic parts requiring V-0 rating.

V. Package Storage & Transportation
1. Packed in paper and plastic bags, 20kg/bag, 600kg/pallet.
2. Storage in cool dry place.
