Tailor-made for nylon, PA-50 represents an exceptional red phosphorus flame retardant masterbatch. Formulated with stabilized red phosphorus, it undergoes a precise melting and extrusion process, ultimately transforming into granules. PA-50 demonstrates excellent compatibility with nylon, delivering superior impact strength, heightened flame retardant efficiency, and requiring only a small addition amount. This halogen-free masterbatch prioritizes efficiency and environmental friendliness in flame retardancy.

With its commendable flame retardant efficiency, PA-50 facilitates the achievement of UL94-V0 (1.6mm) grade flame retardancy in nylon by adding only 12-15%. PA-50 exhibits excellent compatibility with nylon, offering exceptional mechanical properties. In comparison to ordinary red phosphorus masterbatch products, PA-50 greatly improves the impact strength of the parts. Additionally, PA-50 is environmentally friendly and halogen-free, ensuring full adherence to ROHS requirements.
Within red or black systems, PA-50, the Red Phosphorus Flame Retardant Masterbatch, enjoys extensive usage, effectively meeting the flame retardant requirements of PA6/66 fibers.
