PSV0-960 Halogen-free Flame Retardant for PS
I. Introduction
PSV0-960 is a flame-retardant masterbatch formulated with red phosphorus as the base material, granulated through a specialized process with thermoplastic materials. Specifically designed for materials like HIPS, it offers highly effective flame retardancy, good mechanical properties, and excellent processability. A loading rate of 25% to 27% achieves UL94-V0 flame retardancy, enabling direct use in the production of HIPS and similar products.

PSV0-960 is suitable for flame-retardant modification of materials such as HIPS and can be directly added during the production process. For higher impact strength requirements, it can be combined with SBS impact modifiers.
