I. Product Introduction
RP-DP is a flame retardant paste, mainly mixed with microencapsulated red phosphorus (MRP) and phosphoric acid ester oil, compounded by a certain formula. This product has high flowability and viscosity, also with higher heat resistant and without chlorine, specially developed for PE, PU， XPS foam and coating. During the production and mixed with other materials, it can solve the problem of dust pollution.
II. Product Features
1. Enhanced safety for transportation and use, easy to process and operate, without dust pollution.
2. Uniform dispersion: Particles will be relatively uniformly dispersed throughout the mixture, which helps to improve the uniformity of the flame retardant effect.
3. Easy to control: The viscous nature of red phosphorus paste makes it easy to control the amount used, and can be added precisely as needed to achieve better flame retardant effect.
4. Paste is easy to process and operate, without dust pollution.
5. No stratification and no sedimentation, reducing flocculent sedimentation of final products.
III. Application
Widely used in plastics, rubber, coating, especially for foaming.
IV. Package Storage & Transportation
1. Plastic drum package, 25kg/metal drum, or 1.15MT/IBC drum.
2. Transport as non dangerous chemical product.
3. Storage in cool dry place.
