T3A Antimony Composites Flame Retardant Powder

I. Introduction

T3A is a high efficient flame retardant, which is composited by high purity antimony trioxide and other halogen free flame retardants. Compared with YINSU T3, T3A has higher antimony trioxide content and more stable in terms of acidity, alkalinity, and physical properties.

T3A can replace 100% antimony trioxide in the process of use. The product with high temperature resistance, fine particle size, good dispersion, etc. And the price is obviously lower than pure antimony trioxide.

III. Product Feature

1. High temperature resistance, especially suitable for PVC, PA, PBT, PP, ABS, HIPS, rubber and other materials without discoloration, good thermal stability.

2. It can replace the dosage of antimony trioxide completely, and the flame retardant effect remains unchanged.

3. High efficiency and environmental protection.

4. The whiteness can reach the whiteness of antimony trioxide ≥ 96%.

5. The price of T3A is much lower than the price of antimony trioxide, reducing the original flame retardant cost.

IV. Package Storage & Transportation

1. Vacuum bag with inner poly bag, 20kg/bag, FCL 600kg/ pallet, 12MTs/ 20’ container. LCL 1000kg/pallet.

2. Storage in cool dry place.

3. Transport as non-dangerous chemical product.  

V. Application

Suitable for PA, PVC, PBT, PP, ABS, HIPS, rubber and other products requiring antimony bromide flame retardant treatment.
