WADP-10 Ultra-Stable Organic Phosphorus Powder
I. Product Introduction
WADP-10 is a revolutionary halogen-free flame retardant upgrade solution designed to overcome the fatal flaws of traditional ADP in high-temperature applications. Through modified technology, its weight loss rate in a harsh 350°C environment drops sharply to ≤1.8% (a 89% reduction from the 16% of traditional ADP), and it addresses the issue of yellowing in finished products—after high-temperature baking, it only exhibits controlled slight graying, significantly improving the pass rate for light-colored/transparent products.
WADP-10 is suitable for applications requiring both high thermal resistance and aesthetic appeal, such as new energy vehicle battery components and SMT connectors. It achieves UL94-V0 with an addition rate of approximately 15%, simultaneously optimizing thermal weight loss and electrical safety (CTI ≥ 600V). It provides dual assurance for the safety and aesthetics of engineering plastics in extreme environments.

V. Use Method
1. Mixed with resin, reinforcing material and other modifying additives and then extruded and pelletized by extruder, and the proportion of adding between 10% and 18% can reach V-0 grade (UL94, 0.2~3.2mm).
2. Can be used alone or in combination with nitrogen-based flame retardants such as MPP and MCA.
3. Has high packing density, which can effectively solve the problem of difficult feeding and mixing of PBT, PA, PET and other resins during processing.
VI. Package Storage & Transportation
1. Packed in paper and plastic bags, 20kg/bag.
2. Storage in cool dry place.
3. Transported as non-dangerous chemical goods.
