I. Product Introduction
YS-M330G is a special non-halogenated flame retardant additive based on organic phosphonate. It is known for its excellent flame retardant properties, characterized by high performance at low additive levels, excellent appearance, low smoke density during combustion, and high Relative Characteristic Trace Index (CTI). These properties enable it to adapt to high temperature or high shear environments during processing, and are particularly suitable for flame retardant applications in nylon materials.
As a non-halogenated organophosphine flame retardant, YS-M330G complies with the restriction and prohibition of hazardous substances under RoHS & REACH regulations. YS-M330G achieves its flame retardant effect through the combination of gas phase and condensed phase, and has a specially designed particle size distribution, which is especially suitable for the application of flame retardant modified nylon.

III. Product Features
1. Organic phosphonate systems are synergistically flame retardant through a dual mechanism of gas-phase radical quenching and condensed-phase carbon.
2. low smoke characteristics from the combustion process of toxic gas release.
3. High CTI value (≥600 V) gives the material excellent electrical insulation performance, which meets the stringent requirements of the electrical and electronic field on the reliability of the material.

Suitable for halogen-free flame retardant of high temperature resistant nylon, PA6, PA66, PBT, and other materials.
V. Package Storage & Transportation
1. Packed in paper and plastic bags, 20kg/bag.
2. Storage in cool dry place.
