I. Product Introduction
95-TC7 is a composite flame retardant pellet produced by compounding ceramification ablation‑resistant agent, coated red phosphorus, and an HDPE carrier through a special granulation process. This product combines ceramic‑shell formation technology with high‑efficiency red phosphorus flame retardancy. Upon exposure to fire, the red phosphorus acts first in the gas phase, while the ceramification component rapidly sinters to form a dense, hard ceramic shell that does not melt or drip, and can withstand water spray and mechanical vibration. The pellet form is dust‑free, easy to handle and meter, and is specifically designed for fire‑resistant polyolefin cable applications.

Note: The above technical data are representative values for this product. Final results may vary depending on formulation system, processing conditions, and replacement ratio.
III. Product Features
· Dual protection, synergistic efficiency – Ceramic-shell formation and red phosphorus gas-phase flame retardancy work together: red phosphorus rapidly suppresses flame, while the ceramification agent sinters to form a hard shell that insulates heat and oxygen, with no melting, no dripping, and no burn-through.
· Ablation resistance and impact resistance – The ceramic layer after ablation is dense, crack-free and non-spalling, capable of withstanding water spray and mechanical vibration, meeting the highest fire resistance grades such as BS 6387 CWZ.
· Low addition, minimal impact on properties – High effective red phosphorus content allows V-0 rating at low loadings, while the ceramification component provides excellent cable integrity under fire.
· Halogen-free and environmentally friendly – Contains no halogens, compliant with RoHS and REACH; low smoke and low toxicity during combustion.
· Pellet form, easy to handle – Pre-dispersed pellets eliminate dusting, simplify weighing and feeding, and can be mixed directly with the base resin for extrusion.
· Excellent dispersion – Pre-dispersed in the carrier, both red phosphorus and ceramification agents distribute uniformly in polyolefin matrices without agglomeration or sedimentation.
IV. Application Guidelines
· Suitable substrates: Polyethylene (PE), Polypropylene (PP), EVA, and various polyolefin blends.
· Typical applications: Medium- and low-voltage fire-resistant power cables, mining cables, marine cables, offshore platform cables, optical fibre cables, and other fire-resistant cables.
