FRP-604H Red Phosphorus Flame Retardant Masterbatch
I. Introduction
FRP-604H Red Phosphorus Flame Retardant Masterbatch is produced by melt blending and pelletizing red phosphorus and synergistic flame retardant components with nylon and toughening agents as carriers through a specialized process. It is widely used for flame retardation in dark-colored PA6/66 systems. The red phosphorus in this product undergoes special coating treatment, significantly reducing phosphorus leaching and phosphine gas release while ensuring excellent dispersibility and flame retardant performance in nylon.
