FRP-750 High Concentration Red Phosphorus Flame Retardant Masterbatch
I. Product Instruction
FRP-750 series is a high concentration and high-efficiency flame retardant, made by taking the new material compatibilizer as the carrier, melting and mixing through the double screw extruder, cooling and granulating.
Products in this series of have low phosphorus precipitation and phosphine release, good chemical stability, easy dispersion in polymers, and excellent flame retardancy and heat resistance. The engineering plastic series products produced with this masterbatch have excellent logistics mechanical properties.

1. High efficiency with small addition.
2. Good mechanical property, low dosage with low impact on mechanical properties.
3. New carrier, with new compatilizer as the carrier, it’s our exclusive technology in China.
4. Fine powder, the average red phosphorus grain size is approximately 10μm.
5. Eco-friendly, non-halogen, achieve SGS and RoHS requirements.
6. Better flow ability.

V. Package Storage and Transportation
1. Metal drum with inner PE bag, 40kg/drum.
2. Transport as non-dangerous chemical product.
