I. Product Introduction

PA-50 is a red phosphorus flame retardant masterbatch for nylon, which is made of stabilized red phosphorus as the main raw material, melted and extruded into granules. PA-50 has good compatibility in nylon, high impact strength, high flame retardant efficiency and small addition amount, which is a kind of high efficient and environmental friendly halogen free flame retardant masterbatch.

III. Product Features

1. Good flame retardant efficiency, adding 12-15% in nylon can achieve flame retardant UL94-V0 (1.6mm) grade.

2. PA-50 is compatible with nylon and has excellent mechanical properties. Compared with ordinary red phosphorus masterbatch products on the market, the impact strength of the parts is greatly improved.

3. Environmentally friendly and halogen-free, in line with RoHS requirements.

IV. Application

PA-50 is widely used in red or black system with fiber PA6/66 flame retardant.

V. Package Storage and Transportation

1. Paper bags with PE in liner, 25kg/bag.
2. Transport as non-dangerous chemical product.

3. Storage in cool dry place.
