PA-M320 PA Halogen Free White Masterbatch
I. Introduction
PA-M320 is a non-halogenated flame retardant based on organophosphonate, in white powder form, featuring good heat stability, small additive quantity, excellent mechanical properties, good color, and high hydrophobicity. It has excellent flame retardant properties, UL94 V-0 rating down to 0.8mm thickness.
PA -M320 is a non-halogenated organophosphorus flame retardant that complies with the restrictions and prohibitions on the use of hazardous substances under RoHS & REACH regulations. PA-M320 achieves its flame retardant effect through a combination of gas and condensed phases, and has a specially designed particle size distribution, making it particularly suitable for flame retardant modification of high temperature nylon and nylon in hot and humid environments.

III. Application
Suitable for glass fiber reinforced nylon systems (PA6, PA66, various high temperature nylons) and others. Depending on the polymer grade, processing conditions, and glass fiber reinforcement, the amount of flame retardant may vary, but typically 20% is sufficient to achieve UL 94 V-0 ratings (1.6 mm and 0.8 mm thickness).

V. Package Storage & Transportation
1. PA-WL-M320 is stored in a 25kg paper bag lined with polyethylene.
2. Temperature during storage and transportation should not exceed 80°C.
3. The product should be stored in a dry place at room temperature.
4. When stored under the above conditions, the minimum shelf life is 24 months from the date of shipment.
