FRP-301Y3 Red Phosphorus Flame Retardant Masterbatch
I. Product Instruction
FRP-301Y3 red phosphorus masterbatch is made of high-quality red phosphorus as the main material and imported compatibilizer as the carrier. It's highly efficient flame retardant masterbatch. This product is developed to meet the requirements of modified flame retardant materials such as PA and PBT to meet the requirements of 750 ℃ and 850 ℃ glow wire. It has very high flammability of hot wire.

1. Very high flammability of hot wire.
2. It has outstanding advantages in anti-phosphine precipitation.
3. This product uses imported new material compatibilizer as the carrier, which can promote the compatibility of flame retardant powder with nylon and other resins, prevent precipitation, and improve the physical and mechanical properties. In addition, the stability of this product is better than that of other manufacturers who generally use recycled nylon as a carrier.
IV. Application
It's widely used in red or dark system plus fiber PA6/66 super hot wire and flame retardant for vertical combustion.
V. Package Storage and transportation
1. Paper plastic compound bag, 25kg/bag.
2. Transport as non-dangerous chemical product.
3. Storage in cool dry place.
