FRP-950X, High-Concentration, Low-Smoke, Halogen-Free Coated Red Phosphorus Masterbatch
Contains high-concentration coated red phosphorus with a particle size exceeding 2,500 mesh; adding just 3–5% achieves a V-0 rating (2.0 mm). It significantly reduces the required amount of ATH/MDH, addresses the issue of reduced toughness in traditional cables caused by high filler content, and produces a glossy surface free of pitting. Suitable for PE and EVA cables, as well as PVC systems, as a replacement for antimony trioxide.
F-03, Antimony Substitute
Provides a 100% replacement for antimony trioxide with equivalent flame-retardant performance, reducing costs by 30%–40%. It is heat-resistant, does not discolor, and maintains the cable’s excellent mechanical properties, electrical insulation, and aging resistance. Suitable for PVC, rubber, engineering plastics, and other systems.
K100 Nano-Organic Montmorillonite Nano Clay
With a layer spacing of 3.0 nm, it forms a dense, barrier-like char layer during combustion, providing thermal insulation and oxygen barrier properties while reducing drip formation. It synergistically enhances the performance of the primary flame retardant, simultaneously improving mechanical strength, heat resistance, processability, and insulation properties. It is a key synergistic additive for cable bundle burning tests.
Modified ADP
An organophosphorus halogen-free flame retardant; microencapsulation enhances compatibility and dispersibility, offering excellent thermal stability and resistance to yellowing. Suitable for high-end low-smoke, halogen-free cable systems.
Modified MCA
A specially modified MCA with significantly better dispersion than standard MCA. It remains highly stable up to 310°C and offers a clear cost advantage. Suitable for high-end low-smoke, halogen-free cable systems.
