FRP-960H High Concentration Microencapsulated Red Phosphorus Flame Retardant Masterbatch
I. Introduction
FRP-960H is made of microencapsulated red phosphorus and imported new material toughening agent as a carrier, through a special process, melt blending and blackening granulation, it is a kind of highly efficient and environmentally friendly non-halogenated flame retardant, with a high content of phosphorus, low additive, high efficiency, wide range of applications and other advantages.
II. Product Technical Data Sheet
Note: The specific additive amount, combined with the flame retardant requirements and formulations, add 1% ~ 1.5%, can also improve the flame retardant properties.
III. Product Feature
1. High phosphorus content, good flame retardant efficiency, adding 7% in nylon can reach UL94V-0 (2mm) grade.
2. No dust pollution, excellent processing performance.
3. Fine particle size: the particle size of microencapsulated red phosphorus in FRP-960H masterbatch is more than 2500 mesh.
4. Good compatibility: red phosphorus through the organic resin coating, from inorganic to organic, hydrophilic to hydrophobic, and better compatibility with nylon.
IV. Package Storage & Transportation
1. Metal drum with inner PE bag, 18kg/drum.
2. Storage in cool dry place.
3. Transport as non-dangerous chemical product.
V. Application
Widely used in dark color system such as PA6/66, PBT, PET, PE, PS, etc. Flame retardant.
