Main function:
By installing adjustment and detection mechanisms inside the feed pipe, the electronic pressure gauge in the detection pipeline collects flow velocity data of red phosphorus flame retardant particles of different sizes and transmits it to the control box. Based on this flow data, the control box operates the drive motor, which rotates the shaft and drives the butterfly valve to open or close at various angles. This alters the cross-sectional flow area inside the feed pipe, thereby adjusting the flow velocity to ensure it remains within a controllable range. As a result, the airflow crusher is unaffected by variations in red phosphorus flame retardant particle sizes, guaranteeing consistent grinding quality.
